- ➜ Under 18s: Maximum fee is capped at just $20 (based on your age when the refund is issued).
- ➜ Wage & Salary Earners (18+): Our low standard assessment fee is just $26 (for individuals not required to file an IR3).
- ➜ IR3 Tax Returns: Minimum filing fee starts at $99 (usually required if you received untaxed income).
- ➜ Business Tax Returns: Custom pricing based on the scope and complexity of the work involved.
- ➜ Success Fee: A 12% success fee of the total refund amount applies to all processed refunds.
Important Fee Policy Highlights:
- ➜ Risk-Free IR3 Check: If you are required to file an IR3 and it does not result in a refund, we will always notify you of your obligations and any applicable costs before taking further action.
- ➜ When Fees Incur: Fees are incurred upon the completion of your assessment (on the day your application is submitted or when an existing client's review takes place). Fees may be payable prior to the physical filing of an IR3 return.
- ➜ Agent Delinking: If you remove us as your registered tax agent after we have checked, assessed, or received your refund, you remain liable for the services already rendered.
