  • By ticking this box I give permission for MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd to obtain my information from Inland Revenue. (We need your tax and income details to perform an assessment). *
  • By ticking this box MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd will have full access to information held by Inland Revenue and the ability to update or modify my details for all linked tax types. *
  • By ticking this box I understand my IRD correspondence for any tax type may be sent to MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd. (We handle all the boring paperwork at no extra charge). *
  • By ticking this box I authorise MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd to prepare, submit, and sign tax returns and request/confirm personal tax summaries on my behalf. This includes adjusting, correcting or finalising any pre-populated autocalc assessment. *
  • By ticking this box I understand my refunds for all tax types will be paid into the MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd Trust Account prior to the remaining balance being refunded to me after fees have been deducted. *
  • By ticking this box I acknowledge that MY TAX BACK NZ Ltd will act on my behalf until either I or MYTAXBACK choose to terminate this authority as outlined in the terms and conditions. (We'll be happy to help you get another refund next year). *
