• We have received your application but Authorised ID Required

    • Since you do not hold a valid NZ driver's licence, an alternate form of ID is required to complete your application..

    If you have attached a copy of a suitable photo ID to your application, you do not need to do anything else.

    If you did not attach an approved ID, you can do it here.

    You can submit your required identification in the following ways:

    1. Email a photo of your suitable ID to info@mytaxback.co.nz OR...
    2. Place your ID on a piece of white paper. Write your name and today's date, then sign your signature clearly next to your ID. The signature on the ID and the piece of paper must be visible and match exactly. (Note: 18+ cards & Kiwi Access Cards do not have a signature... that’s completely OK!)
      • Take a clear photo of the paper so that you capture both the ID and your signature.
      • Email a picture of your ID and signature block to info@mytaxback.co.nz
